Doyle and Houdini were great friends!

Harry Houdini is one of many memorable characters featured in a new collection of Sherlock Holmes stories – Sherlock Holmes – The Golden Years.  In real life, Houdini and Doyle were friends. Doyle was an advocate of Spiritualism, while Houdini was the scourge of fake mediums and spirit guides.
